Clear terms, no fine print

What you get, what you pay, and who's responsible for what.

Deliverables

  • Every plan delivers one accessible, working webpage link.
  • Basic and Standard plans do not include source code by default; Custom plans include it.
  • Domain names are purchased by the client; we help with binding.
  • Hosting defaults to Vercel's free tier. Other hosting must be requested in advance.

Modification policy

  • In-plan edits cover text and image replacement only — no new features or structural changes.
  • Edits beyond the plan quota are billed at ¥50/time or ¥100/hour.
  • Changes are free during the preview stage. Post-launch edits follow add-on pricing.

Support & maintenance

  • Custom plans include one month of free maintenance (bug fixes only).
  • Basic and Standard plans do not include a free maintenance period.
  • Paid monthly maintenance covers content updates, SEO tweaks and technical support.
  • Outages caused by third parties (Vercel, registrars) are handled with our help, but not our liability.

Compliance

  • All demo pages are labeled 'example, not a real business'.
  • Before launch, clients confirm all images, text and logos are legally licensed.
  • For regulated industries (medical, finance, legal), clients ensure content compliance themselves.
  • We are not liable for the legality of client website content.
